Delivery Process

Upon receiving your order and payment your order will be dispatched from Vision in Red within two business days. So combining postage and handling times your order is usually recieved within 7 business days. Internationally shipped items may take longer. Shipping fees include any handling and packing fees as well as postage costs and are calculated based on your purchased products weight, size and delivery destination. These fees will indicated at the time of purchase in your cart. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Delivery Regions

Vision in Red will deliver products Australia Wide and Internationally. If we are unable to deliver your product we will contact you via phone or email on receiving your order.

Returns

Vision in Red will allow products sold to be returned and replaced or refund given if the the item /items are returned prompty without delay in the same condition as sent / sold ie; not used or traced off. The return postage will not be refunded.
